In the Madrid Open main draw, Harriet Dart is paired with fellow Brits Emma Raducanu and Katie Boulter.
The 27-year-old Dart defeated Maria Timofeeva of Russia in her second qualifying round.
The second-ranked player in the UK overcame a set deficit to win 4-6, 6-3, 7-5, and advance to play Cristina Bucsa of Spain in the opening round.
On Wednesday, Raducanu’s first-round opponent will be Maria Lourdes Carle, a qualifier from Argentina.
Karolina Pliskova, the former world number one, was scheduled to play the 21-year-old in the opening round of the competition, but Pliskova withdrew due to a wrist injury.
The 27-year-old British number one Boulter will not play in the opening round and will instead face the winner of the match between Russian Elina Avanesyan and American wildcard Robin Montgomery in the second round.
Jack Draper, 22, of Britain, is scheduled to play qualifier Thanasi Kokkinakis on Wednesday in the men’s draw; however, Dan Evans, 33, withdrew due to a right calf injury.
