Nelly Korda hit a bogey-free seven-under-par 65 to claim her third LPGA Visit triumph on the run in Arizona.
The world number one, who begun the day two shots off the lead, closed with two birdies in her last three gaps to set the clubhouse target on 20 beneath.
Australian rookie Hira Naveed (66) wrapped up moment on 18 beneath, whereas Lexi Thompson’s challenge finished within the water on the 16th as she blurred to third.
“I knew I had to shoot a moo one and I played a few shrewd golf,” said Korda.
“It’s difficult rationally to remain 100% the week after a win but to win three on the run could be a dream.”
Korda won the LPGA Drive On Championship in January and after that took seven weeks off some time recently returning to win final week’s Seri Pak Championship in California. This week’s win at the inaugural Portage Championship in Phoenix is her 11th Visit title.
She is the primary player to win three LPGA Visit occasions in progression since Thailand’s Ariya Jutanugarn in 2018. American Nancy Lopez (1978) and Sweden’s Annika Sorenstam (2004-05) hold the record with five.
European Solheim Container players Carlota Ciganda of Spain and Sweden’s Maya Stark both wrapped up joint third on 17 beneath in tempestuous and stormy conditions.
